Thank you so much for helping set up the wonderful Honeymoon in Thailand for my wife Jules and I. We had an amazing time and enjoyed being able to sit back and have the logistics figured out for us! The Phang Nga Bay tour was wonderful and our guide Bee was great! The Allano was also a spectacular hotel in Patong and the owner there was simply perfect! They had amazing customer service. Despite the muddy conditions/construction there we had an amazing time!

Jules is CC'd here on this email and she will be getting in contact with you because her parents will be traveling through Thailand in I believe a few weeks and would like to work with you in setting up some transfers, hotel bookings and maybe a tour.

Gents,

Just a very brief note to express, once again, our gratitude for the tours and activities that you and Tee arranged for our recent trip to Phuket with the kids.

Both the Kerr’s and our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.  The kids loved Tee (I think both Karen and Liz did as well), his friendly out going personality typifies what we expect each and every time we contact you for help.  Tee really made our ½ day island tour very special by taking the time to explain to us, amongst all of the activities we did that day, the significance, intricacies and lifestyle of the Monks at Wat Chalong, then topped off the experience by having us make an offering and to getting blessed by a Monk.  The kids are still talking about it.  He put up with a lot that day (and the previous day when we had to reschedule due to the kids getting ill), especially being able to find the Phong Phang Seafood restaurant from my poor description of how to get there!

The over night stay at the P.P. Erawan Palms Resort was the highlight of the trip for us.  The accommodation, ferry trip on the Royal Jet Cruiser, pick up and return to Katathani was brilliant.  Tee spent a lot of time arranging this trip (not sure whether he did this direct or via yourselves) and we will be eternally grateful for his efforts.

Our diving day to Racha Yai didn’t quite go to plan (no one can control the weather) however Riccardo and crew did a fantastic job of getting Karen and the kids comfortable, and getting Peter and myself in the water.  I’ll never want to dive Thailand again unless it’s on MV Sai Mai……what a great vessel.  Seriously, Riccardo really looked after the needs of those who were suffering from sea sickness whilst trying to get a couple of decent dives in.

Lastly our night at FantaSea was a great night.  The kids loved it.  The Mums loved it!  I’m afraid I’ve done it again, forgotten the name of the driver, but he was a delight, a very funny and entertaining man.

We will of course have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to any of our friends or colleagues travelling to Thailand.

Anyway, thanks again, all of you have helped us have a brilliant holiday.

Catherine and Family enjoyed several tours and transfer services with us. The review below was posted on TripAdvisor earlier this month.

"After reading all the great reviews, I booked all our tours through Francesco. The private tour of Phang Nga was fabulous and Tee was great about being flexible for a large group. It was a relief to be able to arrange all the transports between hotels, and even dental appointments and I can always guarantee to be picked up in a comfortable van. Their drivers were always on time and made me feel safe (I've been in other rides where the drivers drove wildly and rides were very bumpy). The only tour I didn't arrange through Easy Day was the Phi Phi island tour which I arranged at the last minute out of our hotel in Krabi. First, we we picked up in a tuk-tuk, then 10 minutes into the speedboat ride, I understood why Francesco recommended the luxury cruiser option. The speedboat ride out was so bumpy that an elderly woman hurt her back and was in deep pain through the whole trip. All the women were feeling quite sick after the 45 minute ride out which seemed to take a lot longer. Next time, I'll take Francesco's advice and pay the extra for the luxury cruiser. Also, talking to other tourists, it seems that nobody else had been told about the Kapong River tubing which we quite enjoyed. Thanks for helping to make our vacation not only more luxurious, but so much easier."

...and few days later we received this email:

We just wanted to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Phang Nga yesterday. I will certainly put a review on your website and make a recommendation to the owner of the house. What we really liked was that we had our own transport, our own guide and own water transport. Indeed we could completely make our own planning. Tii was very helpful (and sometimes too worried) but he realised we were a quiet and not so demanding family. We like to take things in the easy way and do not ask a lot of questions. We are glad we did not take any of the busy tourist trips. Sitting in a bus or boat and waiting for each other is nothing for us.

Thank you again. Oh, Francesco, Cape Panwa is not the same as Panwa Beach, Tii was a bit later due to that.... No worries.

"Dear Sri ~

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed all of the excursions and transfers that we booked through you guys!  A fantastic operation that you all are running in Phuket!:)

I will forward your Trip Advisor info on to my husband, as he is our official "review writer" (he's written so many reviews on Yelp, that he's like Yelp Elite or something;p).  I know he planned on writing a rave review for you, but a nasty Flu bug has slowed him down this past week and a half, so it may take him a little while to complete the writing (he now has a lot of work to catch up on).

Thank you all for everything!!  Easy Day Thailand made our first trip to the country, one of the best trips we have ever taken in our lives!  Within a week, Eric and I knew that Thailand was a country we would LOVE to come back to and so much of that had to do with our outstanding experiences thanks to the efforts of the Easy Day Thailand staff.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Or I guess I should really say, "Khup Kun Kah!!":D

how are you? i have to apologise because i have been meaning to send this email for a few months now.. unfortunately life kept getting in the way...but here goes...

 

as usual we had a wonderful trip to Phuket... our friends on their first time loved every minute of it too.. everything connected to EDT was as usual a wonderful experience. EDT ..and your.. high standard of service keeps us not only as a returning customer, but as one only too happy to give extremely positive reviews and recommendations to people who are planning trips to Phuket. 

 

From being met at the airport by friendly smiling faces, to the complimentary drinks you provided for us (which were extremely appreciated) in the van on our hotel transfer. the drivers and guides on the tours were excellent, only too happy to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. it was just a pity that we did not get a chance to meet you and thank you in person. 

 

I cannot thank you enough for the flowers that you organised for my wife on our wedding anniversary, she was very surprised and suitably impressed. that truly was an awesome example of EDT's excellent attention to detail.

 

We are in the process of planning another trip back to Phuket in Sept/Oct this year, so i have no doubt that we will be in touch soon to start on some details. 

 

I have some friends going to Phuket (based on all the great things ive told them, and all my holiday pics they have seen) in August and i have told them about you and will be strongly suggesting when they plan that they sit down with me so i can help them plan a few tours etc that im sure you will be able to help them out with.

Getting a tour guide while in Bangkok was a brilliant idea. Thank you so much for that incredible recommendation!!:D

I didn't know who to tell, but Eric and I wanted the "powers that be" to know what a great job Pai does. Pai was an absolutely fantastic tour guide and such a gem to spend the day with!!:) We got to see/tour everything we hoped to and more. We also learned much about Buddhism and Thai culture thanks to Pai's knowledge and thoroughness. We had such a great time with her, Eric and I almost asked her to join us for dinner and drinks - she just felt like a friend by the end of the day!!:)
